Inside the kit
The solo-builder tax
You are the whole team. That's the problem.
Claude Code is strong. But out of the box it's one generalist with no memory of how you ship. So you pay the same tax on every app.
You repeat yourself all day
"Use SwiftData, not Core Data. Restore purchases goes in Settings. Run the tests first." Every session, from zero.
One generalist, not specialists
A StoreKit 2 bug and a D1 migration need different experts. You get one assistant that knows a little about both.
Building isn't shipping
The app is done. Now ASO keywords, 10 screenshots, release notes, a launch thread. It piles up, and it's the part that sells.
Nobody's checking your work
No reviewer. No tester. Nobody who reads App Review guideline 3.1.1 before you hit submit and lose a week to a rejection.
A team, not a tool
75 specialists, installed into .claude/
IndieKit is plain files. All 75 agents, 90 skills and 95 slash commands land in your project's .claude/ folder, where Claude Code already looks. No plugin, no daemon, nothing between you and the model.
Each agent has one job and knows the guidelines for it. Each skill is a reusable procedure. Each command chains them. You call /add-paywall, and the revenuecat-specialist, storekit-specialist and app-review-guardian do the work in order.
Adapts to your stack
It reads your project once. Then it works like you.
- ✓SwiftUI · SwiftData — architects, widget and StoreKit 2 specialists
- ✓Flutter · Riverpod — flutter-architect and riverpod-specialist
- ✓Cloudflare Workers — Hono, D1, KV, R2 with migrations and scaffolds
- ✓Reads your CLAUDE.md once — every agent inherits your conventions
- ✓Matches your patterns — naming, folder layout, test style
- ✓Zero forced architecture — no template app, no rewrite
From first commit to App Store
Three teams in one purchase
Most kits stop when the code compiles. A product doesn't make money until it's built, hosted, listed and found. So IndieKit ships all three halves of the job.
Builds and ships
Plans the feature, writes it test-first, reviews it, checks it against App Review, and cuts the release.
- tech-lead scopes and delegates
- swiftui-architect, flutter-architect, workers-backend-architect build
- code-reviewer and security-auditor report
- app-review-guardian cites guideline numbers
- shipper versions, writes release notes, calls GO/NO-GO
Builds the web side
APIs, dashboards, marketing sites and the billing behind them. React, Next.js, Postgres, Stripe, Docker.
- backend-architect designs the API
- react-specialist and nextjs-specialist build the front end
- postgres-pro handles schema and queries
- stripe-specialist and auth-specialist wire payments and login
- docker-specialist ships it to your host
Writes the launch
ASO keywords, App Store copy, screenshot captions, pricing and the launch-day plan. Same kit, same command line.
- aso-specialist researches keywords and titles
- app-store-copywriter writes the listing
- pricing-strategist sets tiers and trial length
- launch-strategist plans the week
- seo-specialist and content-marketer bring traffic
- conversion-optimizer tightens the funnel
Three kits
What's in each kit
All three kits come in one purchase. Install everything, or add agents one at a time.
The only kit that also handles App Review, ASO and RevenueCat.
The app team
Plan, build, test, review and ship. Everything from the first commit to the App Store submission.
The general software team
APIs, web apps, databases and billing. The software that lives outside the app store.
The launch & marketing team
ASO, SEO, content, pricing and the launch plan. The part that gets the product found and bought.
All three kits, one payment — 75 agents · 90 skills · 95 commands
How it works
From payment to shipping in three steps
Pay once, accept the invite
Checkout runs through Polar. You enter your GitHub username, and Polar invites you to the private repo as a read-only collaborator. Accept the invite and it is yours for good. There is no account on our side.
One command in your project
Run it in your app's folder. Files land in .claude/. A CLAUDE.md is written only if you don't have one. Nothing else is touched.
Talk to the team in Claude Code
Name an agent or call a command. Agents chain and delegate on their own when the task needs more than one of them.

Why it holds up
Built to sit inside a real project
Take only what you need
indiekit add agent swiftui-architect pulls one agent. indiekit list shows the rest. indiekit remove takes it back out.
Can't break your project
Non-destructive by design. Existing files are never overwritten. Your CLAUDE.md stays yours. indiekit doctor verifies the install.
Updates for life
git pull then indiekit update. Every future agent and fix lands in your project, free, forever. Your local edits are kept.
Sounds like you
Every agent reads your CLAUDE.md before it acts. Your stack, your naming, your rules. No generic boilerplate voice.
Agents that team up
tech-lead delegates to specialists. shipper waits for the guardian's report. Commands chain them so you don't have to.
Tested on shipped apps
Every file has been exercised on real apps that went through App Review. Not demos. Apps with paywalls and 1-star reviews.

FAQ
Questions, answered
Do I need Claude Code?
Yes. IndieKit is a set of agents, skills and commands for Claude Code. Any plan works: Pro, Max, Team or API billing. Claude Code itself is not included.
Is it one-time or a subscription?
One-time. You pay once and keep lifetime access. There is no subscription, no renewal and nothing to cancel.
Founding seats are priced in tiers that rise as they fill: the first 50 pay $5, the next 50 pay $9, the next 50 pay $19, and the last 50 pay $29. Whatever you pay is the only payment you ever make, and every future update is included.
What do I get?
Read-only access to the private erx-connect/indiekit GitHub repo. Inside: all three kits — Builder (apps), Web (general software) and Growth (marketing) — totalling 75 agents, 90 skills and 95 commands in .claude/, plus the /indiekit pipeline command and the CLI (init, add, update, doctor, list, remove). You install it into any project with npx github:erx-connect/indiekit init.
Do I need an account?
Not with us. There is no login on this site. You need a free GitHub account, since you give Polar your GitHub username at checkout and Polar sends the collaborator invite automatically. You also need git and GitHub CLI auth on your machine so npx github: can clone a private repo.
Does it lock me into a framework?
No. IndieKit adds files to .claude/ and reads your CLAUDE.md. It never overwrites a file you already have and never restructures your project. It has specialists for SwiftUI, Flutter, Cloudflare Workers, React, Next.js and Postgres, but the agents follow your conventions, not theirs.
How do updates work?
git pull in your clone, then indiekit update in your project. New and changed files are copied in. Anything you edited locally is kept and reported, not overwritten.
Is there a refund?
No. Access to the private repo is granted the moment you pay, so the product is delivered in full at that point and all sales are final. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and you will never be charged again. See the refund policy.
Is this affiliated with Anthropic?
No. IndieKit is an independent, unofficial product by ERX Connect. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. "Claude" and "Claude Code" are trademarks of Anthropic.
