Refund Policy

01No refunds

Access to the private IndieKit repository is granted automatically the moment your payment goes through. Because the full product is delivered at that point and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, in full or in part. IndieKit is a single payment, so there is only ever one charge.

02Before you buy

Make sure IndieKit fits your setup. You need Claude Code, a free GitHub account, Node 18 or later, and git with GitHub authentication on your machine. The landing page lists every agent, skill and command included. If you are unsure whether it works for your stack, email erxconnect@gmail.com before buying and we will tell you honestly.

03Nothing to cancel

IndieKit is not a subscription. There is no renewal, no recurring charge and no subscription to cancel. You will never be billed again after your single payment, and your repository access does not expire.

04Exceptions

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or a payment went through but you never received repository access and we cannot fix it, contact us within 14 days of the charge. Those cases are handled individually. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
